Set the rules.
We agree on eligible products, inspection criteria, photos, storage limits, approved outcomes, and pricing before anything is shipped.
KANSAS CITY, USA · REVERSE LOGISTICS
A domestic returns point for international ecommerce brands — so returned inventory can be seen, assessed, and dealt with before it crosses another border.
ONE LOCAL POINT. MORE POSSIBILITIES.
01 / THE PILOT
A small pilot gives both sides a practical way to test the workflow, communication, and handling standards before committing to a larger program.
We agree on eligible products, inspection criteria, photos, storage limits, approved outcomes, and pricing before anything is shipped.
Route 10–25 approved U.S. returns to Kansas City. We process them against the handling plan and document what arrives.
See how the pilot performed, then refine the process, expand it, or stop there. No large-volume commitment is required to test the fit.
No inventory should be sent before the pilot is approved. Receiving details and operating terms are confirmed first.
02 / CAPABILITIES
Services are scoped around the pilot and your handling instructions rather than forcing every brand into the same package.
A domestic destination for approved U.S. returns, logged against the return information you provide.
Photos and notes showing visible condition, packaging, and discrepancies.
Consistent grading against criteria agreed with your brand.
Short-term holding while you review inventory and choose the next move.
Combine approved items into planned shipments instead of handling each return separately.
Ship suitable inventory to a U.S. destination you approve.
03 / WHY LOCHLAN
Back in the U.S.
Back in view.
Ready for a decision.
Approved returns can travel to a U.S. receiving point instead of immediately making an international trip.
Condition records give you information to work from before you decide where an item should go next.
Usable inventory can remain in the U.S., be consolidated, or move to another approved domestic destination.
04 / ABOUT LOCHLAN
Lochlan Logistics is a Kansas City-based reverse-logistics company built for international ecommerce brands.
We believe returns operations should be practical, transparent, and easy to understand. That means agreeing on the process up front, communicating directly, and handling inventory according to clear instructions.
Start with a pilot05 / A FEW DETAILS
International ecommerce brands with customers returning products from the United States. We begin by reviewing your product types, monthly U.S. return volume, and current process to understand whether the service is a fit.
Please contact us first. We confirm service availability, product eligibility, pricing, handling instructions, and onboarding before sharing an approved receiving address. Do not send inventory before receiving written confirmation.
Product eligibility is reviewed before onboarding. Share the product category, typical size and weight, and any special handling needs. Regulated, hazardous, perishable, and other specialist goods require explicit review and may not be accepted.
We agree on inspection steps, photography requirements, and grading criteria with your brand before receiving items. The resulting condition record supports your decision about each return; it is not a product certification or safety test.
You do. Items are held, consolidated, or redistributed according to the instructions and approvals agreed with your brand. Domestic redistribution means shipping to a U.S. destination you approve; it does not include an automatic resale service.
Pricing, any minimum volume, storage limits, and processing timelines are discussed based on your products and service needs. We confirm the scope and terms before onboarding. Start by sharing your approximate monthly U.S. return volume.
Customer communication and refund decisions remain with your brand unless separately agreed. Consolidation can prepare inventory for onward shipping; international freight, customs arrangements, and any additional services must be scoped separately.
REQUEST A PILOT
Tell us about your brand, products, and current U.S. return volume. We’ll use that to determine whether a pilot makes sense and what the handling plan should look like.
